You continue to ponder on that thought while taking your usual walk and then you slowly charge to a run. It might be the stamina that gets you going, or maybe it is just the refreshing first hint of sunlight on a summer day while you try to chase it.

Taking it to the next level is somehow a different story. Sure your jogging gives you a sense of balance and energy. It helps you keep track of your metabolism.
